What can I do if my ticket can’t be linked?

If you receive the message "We couldn't add your ticket" when trying to link your ticket, there are a few possible causes.

"The ticket barcode is invalid"

  • Make sure the ticket number was entered correctly. You can ignore spaces and hyphens when typing.

  • You might have opened the Eventportal for a different event or a previous year.

"Ticket already linked"

  • Verify whether you were previously logged into the Eventportal with another account or if someone you know has already linked this ticket. You can release a linked ticket by clicking the "Remove Wallet" button.
