What can I do if my top-up didn't work?

Check for a refund

If you topped up your chip online or at an on-site top-up station but the balance doesn’t appear on your chip, the payment might not have been completed. In most cases, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a few days (cash payments excluded).

Send us a message

If you haven’t received a refund after a few days or if you paid with cash, please send us a message including the following information.

Required information for failed top-ups

  • Chip number and PIN (or ticket number)

  • Payment method used

  • Date and location of the top-up

  • Amount you attempted to top up
