Why does the online balance differ from the chip balance on site?

During times of high mobile network usage - such as when large crowds are present at the event - our systems may not be able to synchronize transactions with the online platform in real time. As a result, the balance displayed in the Eventportal or the event app may differ from the actual balance on your chip.

By no later than one day after the event ends and before payouts begin, all your balance data will be fully updated.
