How can I get a refund of my balance if I can’t attend the event?

If you have topped up your ticket with balance before the event but cannot attend, you can request a refund of your balance a few days after the event ends via the Eventportal.

Once the payout process has started, a button labeled "Show payout form" will appear in your wallet overview.
