How can I get a refund of my balance?

You can request a payout of your remaining balance online via the Eventportal.

  1. Open the Eventportal. You’ll find a link on the event’s website, social media pages, or app. Alternatively, go to https://eventportal.io and search for your event.

  2. Link your chip in the Eventportal.

  3. Click the button "Show payout form" in the overview of your wallet.

  4. Enter all required information and confirm the summary of your payout in the last step.

You can check the status of your payout anytime in your wallet overview.

Depending on the event, bank, and payment method, the payout may take up to 14 days.

The payout may be made in multiple refunds to the payment methods you used for topping up.
