You can top up your balance either online via the Eventportal or on site at designated top-up stations.
Top up online
Open the Eventportal. You’ll find a link on the event’s website, social media pages, app, or possibly in the overview at https://eventportal.io.
Link your ticket or chip in the Eventportal.
Before the event: You can link your ticket and top up in advance. The balance will be automatically transferred to your chip when it’s handed out at the ticket control.
During the event: You can link your chip directly and top up your balance. In some cases, the official festival app can also be used for top-ups.
After linking your ticket or chip, click on "Open the Shop" in the overview.
Add the desired amount to your cart and click "Checkout."
Review your order and choose a payment provider. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country and event.
Confirm your purchase by clicking "Purchase now" and complete the payment process.
After a successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can check your current balance and all transactions anytime in the Eventportal.
Top up on site
Top-up stations will also be available at the event venue, where you can top up your chip using cash, card, or possibly both payment methods. For more information and exact locations, refer to the event’s website, social media pages, or app.
