If you want to resell a ticket that you have already linked in the Eventportal and possibly topped up with balance, please keep the following points in mind.
Ticket resell checklist
If you have linked the ticket but not yet topped up the balance, simply delete the ticket link using the "Remove Wallet" button in the Eventportal overview.
If you have linked and topped up the ticket, the topped-up balance is tied to the ticket number.
The balance linked to the ticket will transfer if the ticket is removed from a wallet and then re-linked.
Use the official resale platform of the ticket provider and check whether a new ticket is issued to the buyer upon resale. In this case, do not delete your wallet and request a refund of your balance after the event ends.
