To top up your balance in advance of the event, you can link your ticket in the Eventportal. The balance tied to your ticket will then be automatically transferred to the chip you receive at ticket control.
If you already have your chip, simply link your chip directly.
Linking your ticket
First, open the Eventportal. You’ll find a link on the event’s website, social media channels, or app. Alternatively, you can search for your event in the overview at https://eventportal.io.
Click on "Add your ticket".
Log in with your existing account or create a new one.
Linking your ticket will create a new wallet in the Eventportal. Give this wallet a name.
Enter your ticket number (not the order number). For most events, you can link festival passes and day tickets while add-ons like parking or camping tickets usually can't be used. You can ignore spaces and hyphens when entering the number.
Once your ticket is linked, you can top up balance via the shop or (if available) purchase products and upgrades for your event.
Please ensure you’re using the Eventportal for the correct event year.
